Session Preparation
In preparation for your portrait session,
please keep your most professional
standards in mind. This may be your first
exposure to new potential clients or
acquaintances. Attention to hair, makeup-
(matte, no shine) and application of lotion
on exposed skin, make for the best
quality portraits. Also, prepare additional
supplies to bring to your session: such as;
hair brush, makeup, possible change
of clothes. *A professional hair and
makeup person can be made available
for an additional cost at time of booking.
Tether Capture
Live image review is included in each
portrait session. When making your final
selection, if additional photos are needed
we will gladly retake them at this time.
Digital Retouch
Professional processing of your digital
images includes work on lighting, skin,
eyes, teeth, clothing and background.
Additional time may be required for
additional retouching requests.
Image Turnaround
Your business portraits will be ready
for you in 5 days. Expedited 2 day
turn-around upon request.
Family portraits will be
ready within 10 days. Quicker
turnaround times can be discussed
during booking of your session.
Delivery Notes
Your images will be emailed to you in
high resolution digital format. General
licensing for these images allows for
printing, sharing, and all basic digital
business needs. If the images are to be
used for production of book covers or
merchandise printing, extra costs and
written photo release will be necessary.
Making a session reservation is a simple
process. You may call and speak with us
directly, leave a voicemail, send an email,
or text. We will get back to you within
24 hours.
Rescheduling requires a 24 hour notice.
